Club HistoryThe course was officiated in 1901 and the club held its centenary in 2001. The clubhouse building was officially opened by Lionel M Barnett (Esq), President of the NSW Golf Association on the 24th February 1979. ‘Guinness Book of Records - Club World Record’ Troy Grant (aka Rusty Gate), the local police sergeant at the time, successfully obtained a Guinness Book of Records World Record for using a golf cart for transport, completed a record 1800 holes in seven days at the Tenterfield Golf Club from 3-10 February 2004. |
