Veterans,
Please note that the draw is preliminary. Hit off times will change as the number of participants becomes more certain. If you have nominated for all or part of the tournament the main thing for you to do is check you are included and that your preferred time has been selected. Final buggy arrangements will be shown in the draw to be posted in the Club House.

Please note the web postings are to be treated as a guide only. The final hit off times will be displayed at the club and should be viewed each day for changes that are unavoidable.

Entry Information

Play on Tenterfield Golf Club’s superbly prepared course in a picture perfect setting and enjoy a warm Tenterfield welcome and wonderful hospitality.

Conditions of Entry
All entrants must be members of a State Veterans Golf Group. (Proof will be requested)
(If you are not a member of a Veterans Club but have a Golf Link number, and are over 55 for men or 50 for ladies, you may join the Tenterfield Veteran Golfers Association for the modest sum of $10.00,).

The Week of Golf Competition
Monday and Tuesday are single Stableford events for ladies and men. Thursday and Friday is a 36 Hole Mixed 4BBB Stableford. Single medley stableford events will also be run Thursday and Friday for those without partners.

Entrant Information.
(Please read carefully)

  1. Eastern Standard Time will apply.
  2. Book your accommodation early to avoid disappointment.
    Nomination forms can be down loaded from www.tenterfieldgolfclub.com.au
  3. If Entrant 2 would like a different home address to Entrant 1 recorded please document it on the back of the Nomination Sheet.
  4. Applications close 26th April 2019 (or when the field is full.)
  5. A preliminary draw will be available on www.tenterfieldgolfclub.com.au from 1st May 2019
  6. The final draw will be posted in the Tenterfield Golf Club House on Sunday 5th May. As draws are inevitably modified, updated draws will be posted each day.
  7. No refunds will be made after 29th April 2019 (other than at the discretion of the Tournament Director).
  8. A player can win only one trophy in any event (Excludes nearest the pin).
  9. Single Medley Stableford events (Thurs. & Fri.) are for those not playing in the 36 Hole Mixed 4BBB Stableford.
  10. Motorised Golf Carts are available at a cost of $15/person/game. However, there are limited numbers and you will be required to share a cart. Please show your cart requirements clearly on the Nomination Form.
  11. Happy Hour on Sunday night between 5.00 and 6.00 pm. Please join us to register, to meet other players and clear up any questions you may have. Please ensure you indicate your attendance for catering purposes
  12. Hit off times. We plan to hit off one tee at 8 Minute intervals commencing at 8.30 am. Please indicate your time preferences as shown on the Nomination Form. All efforts will be made to please but no guarantees given.
  13. The Tuesday and Friday dinners will commence at 6.30pm for 7.00pm. Presentations for the Monday and Tuesday golf events will take place at the Tuesday dinner and the Thurs. /Fri. event(s) at the Friday dinner.
  14. Unclaimed raffle prizes will be disposed of six weeks after the competition at the discretion of the Veteran Golfers Committee.
